My Jeep wrangler started shaking pretty intensely and I took it to the Jeep dealership and they quoted me an insane amount, with little explanation as to what the issues were. Brought it to Rose and Adrian and they were able to explain to me what exactly were the issues and how they would fix them! Amazing customer service and will definitely be bringing my car back whenever I need service. My car is driving smooth and steady and I can’t thank Rose and Adrian enough!
I had a few different issues with a vehicle I bought back from Arizona. First was the transmission. The car needed a transmission so I originally took it to a shop that offered a cheaper price. That was not a good decision, that shop had my car for a little over eight months until I finally decided that that wasn’t the shop for me. I then came to AAMCO. Rose is awesome, she took the car in immediately. I just drove in and they seen me. They asked me to leave the car there for about a day or two so they can give me a diagnostic free of charge. Adrian is awesome as well he is in charge of the shop technicians, he called me and said there were a couple of options depending on what I would like to do. I love the fact they were being very transparent. They gave me the options that would work with my financial ability. About a week later they called me and the car was fixed. I Received the car and it drove very well. The car was basically perfect so much so I decided to get another issue with the car fixed as well. I needed an AC compressor. I went to multiple shops and they charged me to diagnose the problem with my AC but never fixed it. I went back to Aamco not thinking I should have asked them originally if they could fix this. They said sure they would try to fill it up with freon for me, If it worked then they would go ahead and I would be all right with it. if not, they would have me come on back. I tried that after a couple weeks the Freon leaked meaning the AC compressor was just not good. It had a lot of miles so that was a hard diagnosis. They didn’t charge me for another assessment they just went ahead and did an another assessment and noticed that the AC compressor was indeed bad as it stop blowing cold air after a while of driving it. Great find by the way. They gave me a reasonable price. I am now very happy and ready for the summer. This is the auto repair shop we all want to find. Honest, reliable & trustworthy. It’s not the cheapest but In The long run, we will pay more if we spend a lot of money throwing parts at the problem with shady shops like the one I originally went to and it’s still not fixed right. Just stop in give them a try trust me you will not be disappointed. I was very happy with my experience’s Thank you Rose and Adrian!
If you need your car repaired this is the place to go! I've had three of my vehicles repaired here and there's no funny business going on. They have a tow service that is complementary if you decide to get your vehicle fixed there. The technicians are pretty quick to diagnose and let you know what's going on full communication before they do anything. I've even had them tell me what's important to fix and what can wait to help save me money. I really appreciate their transparency and communication. Like I said I've had three cars repaired here and always refer my family and friends to this location.
I had a great experience, Adrian was very informative. It only took 2 days for them to pull out, fully rebuild and install. I'm more than happy
Really liked the way they were honest explaining what was actually wrong with my 2003 Toyota Rav4 (check engine light came on only hours after we purchased). Thought it was the transmission turned out to be the engine control module.
